Introduction
On Monday May 5th of 2025 I sent a message to foreign powers
and principalities
, as they are referred in Scripture.
For my message I included the following recipients:
- the British embassy in Yerevan
- the American embassy in Yerevan
- the Russian embassy in Yerevan
- the German embassy in Yerevan
- the French embassy in Yerevan
- the Italian embassy in Yerevan
- the foreign ministry of Switzerland
- the delegation of the European Union to Armenia
My message was sent via email. Apparently all recipients got it, except for the Americans due to some technical setting which they have in their system for embassy email-reception. But I think the Americans have other means by which they become aware of such information.
Nonetheless, here I publish my message for all interested, including the Americans if they indeed did not get it.
There is no arbitration!
I address this message to authorities in Britain who engage in foreign policy and clandestine activities, and who involve themselves in the lives of other people or the affairs of other nations. I will also include other parties as recipients; either for them to be observer, or because they also do engage in such subversive and clandestine activities, as I am about to describe in this message.
I do not represent a political party.
I do represent the Armenian Apostolic Church.
I am not of the Babylonian priesthood which has established itself within the Armenian Apostolic Church.
I have received my priesthood from God Yahweh.
I speak and act in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Concerning the topic of cognitive terrorism
For an extended period of time I have been targeted with what I refer to as cognitive terrorism: That is, means and methods with which to influence the subconsciousness of a person, in order to achieve a desired outcome in the consciousness of that person; for to influence the decision-making process of that person and thereby the behavior of that person.
In Scripture this is not called cognitive terrorism, but Blasphemy Against the Holy Spirit, as for example in this passage:
· Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
· And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
Book of Matthew, chapter 12, verses 31 and 32 - KJV
...and in this passage:
· Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
· But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:

Governments and organizations in this world –including amongst the recipients of this message– have dedicated funding, research and development for such activities; arcane activities based on forbidden practices, which in Scripture are called Abominable Practices:
· There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,
· Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
· For all that do these things are an abomination unto Yahweh: and because of these abominations Yahweh thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
Book of Deuteronomy, chapter 18, verses 10 to 12 - KJV
As a Christian I regard the Word of God Yahweh to be Law. I am against such abominable practices and I condemn such abominable practices. There is no arbitration for settling such abominable practices!
Jesus Christ is the end of the Law, and by this I abide:
· For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
The Apostle Paul, book of Romans, chapter 10, verse 4 - KJV
Various governments and organizations around the world choose to employ agencies for such services of arcane activities based on forbidden practices. They either seek to gather secret information remotely through such means –some euphemistically call it remote viewing– or they seek to remotely cause something to happen somewhere or to someone; to name just two intentions which motivate the perpetrators of such deeds.
In the legal system of such governments they choose to not mention or reprimand such evil activities, because those governments get convinced that they can profit from them. But before God it remains sin!
It is an abominable thing what these anonymous malefactors are doing! And they do it, either because of having been incentivized by governments and organizations to carry out their activities, or because they do it on their own while using government resources for their activities.
And this problem has spread around the world like an epidemic. A significant part of the different populations has innocuously been enticed to have its direct or indirect participation in such secretive and evil machinations. Social media networks, like for example Facebook, have been and are being used to organize and carry out such activities. And the global connectivity through the Internet via mobile electronic devices makes the reach of the secretive perpetrators all the more widely spread.
The spiritual malefactors pursue to find a cause for accusation in the Spiritual context against someone whom they want to target.
God Yahweh condemns sin, and the punishment for sin is death, if there is no repentance for it.
So in order to justify in the Spiritual context that something bad ought to happen to a targeted person, the spiritual malefactors seek to formulate an accusation against the targeted person in the Spiritual context. If successful, the accusation is meant to justify the harm which they intend to cause for the targeted person. They desire that people remain in their sin, because that makes it the more easier for them to formulate an accusation against them in the Spiritual context. This is one reason why the spread of godless culture through media has been favored for such a long period of time.
These spiritual malefactors promote doctrines with which to deny the existence of God, while they seek to use the Law of God –which condemns sin– against others in the Spiritual context; and they even try to use the Law of God against God Himself! That's how reprobate such spiritual malefactors have become in the course of time, as a consequence of their godlessness and their addiction to sinning, which they allowed for themselves to develop.
Hiding behind the facade of government, such malefactors do not hesitate to disguise, justify and protect their sinful activities by causing entanglements for others, and claiming for example that so called national security depended on it.
But when a cause for accusation against a targeted person is not found in the Spiritual context, they go even further with their sinful activities.
They then try to impose their own sinning unto others; that is, they sin on behalf of the targeted person. And by using means and methods of cognitive terrorism they try to convince the targeted person that he is guilty of the sin which they themselves committed. That's how deranged and depraved such spiritual malefactors have become as a consequence of their evil habits and activities. And also because of societies having corrupted themselves as a consequence of godless culture, which the governments of this world have allowed to occur under their own watchful eyes; watchful eyes which seek and intend to control an ever-growing amount of aspects of people's lives, but for some reason –who can guess why?– they fail at preventing and punishing such evil.
So when these spiritual malefactors can not find anything for the purpose of accusation in the Spiritual context, they try to fabricate something through indirect or ambiguous means, in order to arrive at their desired outcome or result.
They can not face the Truth directly, so they try to influence it indirectly and through ambiguous means.
But there is no real result to be had through such means. All they achieve through their sinful activities is to add even more sin –that is more debt in the Spiritual context– unto their own account before God.
As the consequence of their evil conduct, they seek to find suitable scapegoats whom they can sacrifice religiously, in order to supposedly cleanse themselves from this spiritual debt which they have accumulated before God Yahweh.
Currently such a religious sacrificing can be observed with the relentless and merciless slaughtering of the Palestinian people in Gaza and Palestine. They have –for more than fifteen months by now– endured being sacrificed as scapegoats for a supposed atonement for all the demonic and sinful activities which these spiritual malefactors –not just the Israelis, but this conglomerate of occult circles and societies around the world which uses the Israelis– have accumulated as a consequence of their abominable activities based on forbidden practices. The unimaginable and savage brutality of these merciless and relentless killings in Palestine is an expression of the unimaginable evil which the spiritual malefactors of these occult circles and societies are guilty of. And they could not care less about how many people have to suffer for it.
In the face of such great evil, the governments of this world –who ought to show a more mature sense of responsibility, instead of relying on the propaganda-machine for their prestige– choose to ignore the existence of this evil, while they convince themselves that by suppressing the expression of the truth about inconvenient topics –for example through so called hate speech laws– they can mitigate the problem; but this is a delusion! All that this approach achieves is to just put a veil on the existing problem, and they who cover for it hope that when the consequential catastrophe occurs it won't affect them in a considerable manner.
Such an approach to this kind of problem is irresponsible, hypocritical and cowardice.
When one side approves to engage in such abominable activities based on arcane knowledge, then others are lead to be convinced that they also must join in, even if it was just for protecting themselves against the occult practices of a perceived geopolitical adversary. In so doing the spiritual malefactors can promote their services to a larger group of clients. But for as much as the compromised governments may have strife and division amongst each other, the spiritual malefactors in the background pursue as a collective the same goal; namely their opposition against God. They support each other, and they use the potential of this or that government for their own purposes.
When you start to engage in such activities, which God has forbidden, then you start to become a part of it; it is a trap that foolish people get into, or are lead into.
On the other hand, positive results are achieved against such abominable practices when one remains in godliness by submitting oneself to God; then one can confront this evil directly without becoming a part of it. This is possible through God and His holy Son the Lord Jesus Christ, not through our own selves.
If the problems which these malevolent actors cause was only to themselves, one might not be inclined to raise this issue in front of governmental authorities, as I am doing with this message. But these malevolent actors don't keep their problems to themselves.
Since such malevolent actors harm themselves through this kind of sinful activities against the Spirit, they become reprobates in the course of time. In Scripture this is confirmed for example in this passage:
· But he that sinneth against me [Wisdom / Word of God] wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.
Book of Proverbs, chapter 8, verse 36
And as reprobates they become a problem for society. They become susceptible to superstitious beliefs, all sorts of nonsense, whatever their imagination is capable to conceive or to consume. The entertainment industry has been used in an extensive way for such purposes; to fabricate imagination, be it for the image-screen –as it traditionally has been the case– or be it for projecting it directly unto people's subconsciousness –as it has become the new fashion for the purpose of cognitive terrorism.
Amongst the nonsense which is promoted through make-belief is the superstition that there can be material arbitration for anything and everything, including debt in the Spiritual context. True repentance and meaningful works according to God's commandments are the way towards the forgiveness of sins, not some material arbitration, which is not much different than bribery.
And since such nonsense has no meaning before God, they who embrace it seek for ways to convince themselves that it does. They seek to find precedents in Scripture which they can use for their own purposes in order to justify their material arbitration; arbitration which they conduct for themselves, and with which they sideline God. As if sidelining God would result in the approval by God; such nonsense they accept for themselves to believe.
But for the settlement of a debt through arbitration, they need the agreement of the targeted person against whom they have sinned.
I declare hereby that neither in the past have I given, nor do I give now, nor will I give in the future my agreement to any such arbitration in order to supposedly settle the spiritual debt of those who chose or choose to knowingly and willfully sin against me and against the commandments of God Yahweh. As a Christian I abide by the Law of God Yahweh and the commandments of His holy Son the Lord Jesus Christ. I do not honor Colourable Law, I do not honor godlessness!
No matter what texts of contracts or agreements –which often are arbitrarily changed whenever it is deemed necessary by those who use them– are put before me, which require a signature or some other form of confirmation, it does not mean that I give my agreement to any kind of arbitration for the settlement of spiritual debt, neither does it mean that I relinquish my authority in the Lord Jesus Christ to some unknown representation. Spiritual debt is not settled through material means! If delusional reprobates want to believe such nonsense, it is their's to believe. What have I to do with their insanity?
As a Christian I am not burdened by the idolatry and superstition of others. Here is confirmation for my stance in Scripture:
· But if any man say unto you, This is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake: for the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof:
· Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged of another man's conscience?

But the degenerated mental state of such sinful actors leaves them no rest; they have no use for the truth, since they chose to make opposition against the Truth.
If I as an adult had to endure such cognitive terrorism against me and for such an extended period of time, what is the chance for children who become targeted victims of such spiritual malefactors?
These spiritual malefactors try to inquire, test and research the mind of a targeted person, to understand the thinking pattern of that person. They seek to use such information for their cognitive terrorism in order to convince the targeted person to give consent to whatever evil they intend to do unto the targeted person.
Again, using forbidden practices based on arcane knowledge, they intrude into the spiritual sanctity of a targeted person to either gather information from the targeted person, or to test the response of the targeted person towards their intended actions, or to try to convince the targeted person to give consent to what these spiritual malefactors intend to do, or have done to the targeted person.
But when they conclude that such consent can not be had from the targeted person, they choose to go even further with their sinful activities.
If they fail to subdue a targeted person to their will, they resort to using other persons –persons whom they already have subdued mentally– to carry out what the targeted person ought to be thinking or doing according to the will of the spiritual malefactors. And they then try to impose the submissive thinking patterns of the mentally subdued persons unto the targeted person, who otherwise would not consent to their will. Such evil they do to impose their will unto others.
There are agencies involved in the casting and hiring process of such mentally subdued play-actors, who agree to take part in this sin against the Holy Spirit of a targeted person. In my case play-actors from Germany have often been used for such purposes against me. But there has also been a large involvement of people from Armenia.
Germany, with its increasingly tyrannical government filled with inept and incompetent people who are shown publicly as if being the decision makers, has apparently been developed to serve as a hub for such clandestine cognitive terrorism. Not that it is necessarily the German government who is doing the terrorism, but the spiritual malefactors –cooperating with each other globally– use the government of Germany to conduct their abominable activities based on forbidden practices. And Armenia also does have its share of involvement in the conduct of such forbidden practices.
Such governments, for example in Germany, when they have bad leadership which sees no wrong in godlessness, become convinced that the citizenship of the people of the land can be used to assume the consent of those people for whatever evil it is that they choose to do unto them. They begin to see the people of the land as mere scapegoats for to be used for whatever consequences their own actions of wrong-doing bring about. It is a wrong mindset! It can not be justified before God, and it actually violates what they themselves supposedly honor as their own laws and statues.
The corrupting of a society and the impoverishment of a people to cause dependencies is a direct benefit for such malevolent and occult circles, who regard the destroying of the spiritual sanctity of human beings as some kind of fun amusement, interesting to play with.
But reality does not depend on the superstition of godless people. Reality is based on the truth according to the will of God. And those who choose to deny the Truth of God detach themselves from reality. Furthermore they seek to convince others through coercive means, that the nonsense they choose to believe is supposedly true.
None of such nonsense has any meaning before God!
One can not cleanse oneself from sin by committing new sin!
As if this world had not enough problems already, be it related to the polluting of this world, be it related to the destruction of the environment and extinction of so many animal species as a consequence of the ruthless exploitation of nature by covetous international organizations, or be it the ruining of so many people's life as a consequence of warfare, or be it the prevention of nuclear proliferation which some nations regard as very important, or so many other problems that one could list here, so as if all this was not already enough, such irresponsible governments chose to allow this can or worms –the evil of cognitive terrorism– to also be opened and thereby be added to the long list of problems which this world and its people are constrained to endure.
When the evil mindset –based on godlessness– works its way through the institutions and also corrupts the so called higher echelons of the decision-making process, then what recourse remains against such evil? Who is supposed to step in against it?
There is no recourse to be found against such evil when the system itself has been corrupted to become evil. So regardless of whether the governments in this world choose to mumble or not to mumble about so called Human Rights, as the foreign minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov recently remarked during an interview with CBS, what are these Human Rights supposed to be when the very same governments, including the Russian government –who supposedly uphold and defend these Human Rights– see no wrong in employing occult services which carry out such evil deeds against targeted persons, and which violate the spiritual sanctity of other people:
· Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.
· But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.
· And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?

All the talk about so called democratic values or human rights is to no avail when such evil –as I have described– is allowed to occur. And in all likelihood these terms don't mean anything for the governments which use them to promote their policies. To them it's just window dressing to hide the evil which they get themselves involved in.
As a Christian I need not to make this public statement towards the governments who chose to act in this way. I need not to tell before God what God already knows and has explained for us in Scripture. We are responsible for our sin before God, not for the sin of others.
If governments choose to ignore the Law of God, it is their own responsibility.
However, I choose to make this public statement as a testimony that such methods of forbidden and abominable practices are not accepted by and have no material arbitration before God. And neither are they hid from God.
Many people against whom such cognitive terrorism is being applied may not even realize what is being done unto them, or they may not be capable of articulating what they experience. You can count my word and this message to be also in their name.
This is my testimony against such practices. Such abominable practices can not be justified before God.
I have already stated publicly my condemnation of such abominable methods, which you can read for example in my article called No bribes taken!.
I make this statement as a free Christian.
Concerning Foreign policy
Furthermore I want to address issues related to my fatherland Armenia. And I choose to address it in this way, because there seems to be no end of government sponsored strangers, foreigners and traitors who involve themselves into other people's lives and nation's affairs.
I desire to see an end to the exploitation of my fatherland Armenia, which foreigners have carried out and do carry out through local intermediaries; intermediaries which foreign governments or organizations have supported and cultivated over the course of the past decades here in this land.
My fatherland and my people have already incurred great loss throughout the past century. It is pointless to make statements like this:

...only to then continue with the exploitation of a people, whose suffering one publicly declares to commemorate and presumably intends to prevent from happening anew.
An exploitation which is ensured by financially supporting detrimental and hostile elements within the country, who are made to be the beneficiaries of whatever bribery it is that foreign exploiters are willing to pay, in order to achieve their desired results in this land; by for example entangling the people of the land with yet another dependency on parasitic financial institutions, as for example in this case:

This land has already seen enough of this! It is as if one band of robbers seeks to replace the previous one.
What justification do you think you have –after this one hundred year genocide against the Armenian people– to still continue your detrimental machinations against my race and my fatherland?
Being blinded by your greed, you can not think of anything else other than how to exploit others to finance your own lifestyles and your organizations. All you ever do –and all that you know based on your habits of godlessness– is to find cooperative stooges, willing to accept your bribery, who then are supported and promoted in the media by the propaganda-machine to appear as if representing the interests of the land and of the people, and who in exchange for their bribes and allowances agree to help you continue with policies which are detrimental for the people and cut short prosperity; instead they are meant to further the goals and interests of international organizations and foreign institutions.
You finance and promote your collaborators in this land, you give them advice how to secure their establishment in this land, you help them to circumvent the animosity which the people of the land develop against such corrupt and oppressive elements in this land, you make the propaganda for them in this land and abroad, you help them to maintain their seat of power even if it is against the will of the people of the land, and on top of all of this you claim that your clandestine rule through proxy supposedly is a democracy where people decide who governs them.
This land is already burdened with many strangers who are not of Armenian descent. If you really cared about the consequences of genocide, as you declare during commemoration events, then you'd want to mitigate the consequences thereof, and not add new detriment on top of the old ones. Bringing in strangers who take for themselves the identity of the people whom they have replaced is not mitigating the consequences of genocide; it is confirming them!
These strangers have replaced Armenians as a consequence of their annihilation, and they have animosity against us Armenians. Is your support for these strangers –who do not pursue or even care about goals in the interest of Armenia, but always seek their own selfish gain– is this supposed to be your atonement for the sin of having caused such damage and loss for the Armenian people? Is this how your thinking works? Adding new sin on top of old sin in order to supposedly cleanse the old sin?
Such thinking is found in what you call monetary system, and the gambling habits which drive the trading at stock-exchanges and so called markets. But such thinking is absurd, and it has no standing before God!
Armenia has already suffered from the consequences of the seventy plus years of atheistic Communism during the time of the Soviet Union, including the large loss of population due to it having been forced to participate in the second World War, which ought not to have been of any concern for Armenia, since it had not yet recovered from the devastation that was done to Armenia through the genocide during the time of the first World War.
After the second World War there were so few people left in the land that the communists saw the need to deceitfully entice Armenians living in Iran to relocate to Armenia, in order to replenish the population to work the land, because they had depleted the Armenians by using them in World War two. And the descendants of those immigrant Armenians from Iran recollect until today the dismay of their parents about how they were tricked by the communists through lie and deceit to leave behind their prosperity in Iran and relocate to Armenia. This relocation process took place after the end of the second World War, during the time of the Soviet Union. And later on other non-Armenian population groups were also immigrated to this land.
As if this detrimental episode of history was not already enough, new attempts are being made to bring Armenia under the umbrella of the European Soviet Union:

In the above article the propaganda is written in such a way as if Armenia should be interested in joining the European Union, when this very same European Union not only is incapable and unwilling to support the prosperity of the populations it already governs, like for example the German or the Greek people, but furthermore seeks to acquire new population groups in order to burden them with the debt of the consequences which their own wrong decision-making causes to happen; like for example supporting the war in Ukraine against Russia.
What has Armenia to do with all this nonsense which other people decide to do? It is not in the interest of Armenia to cover the debt which others incur. If anything, it is Armenia that ought to be reimbursed for the loss it has incurred.
Armenia is not even in Europe, which is a requirement for joining the EU, as the bureaucrat herself states in the above article. Armenia is in the Caucasus, in the eastern part of Asia Minor. What has this to do with Europe?
But when bureaucrats encounter their own laws to be an obstacle to what they would like to achieve, then they resort to using the propaganda-machine in order to make up new definitions as they would like it to be; for example re-defining the names of geographical regions.
In the case of Armenia the Europeans financed activists –through so called NGOs– to collect a minimum of 50.000 signatures for a petition of Armenia to join the European Union:

And the collection of a minimum of 50.000 signatures out of a population which in all likelihood surpasses the official count of three million people –the count having been fixed at this number for decades now, to hide the influx of all the non-Armenian strangers– this collection of such a ridiculously low number of signatures is supposedly reason enough to put the fate of an entire nation –a nation with such a burdensome history as Armenia– on the track towards such a detrimental outcome; the detrimental outcome of bringing it under the control of the godless European Soviet Union, where the living standards of the people who already are captured by that bureaucratic apparatus is turned into a modern form of indentured servitude.
Just let go of my land and my people! There has been more than enough loss and suffering already.
God is against those who do not release their prisoners:
· The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is upon me; because Yahweh hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
Book of Isaiah, chapter 61, verse 1 - KJV
And stop to convince yourselves that no matter what sins you commit, you can do your own arbitration for absolving yourselves from your sins. Stopping to commit new sins would be the right way to go.
There is no such arbitration –as you imagine– before God!
